Fabulous Furniture does not offer an immediate refund if an item is delivered in perfect condition. Should you receive an item in less than perfect condition you must contact us immediately and the damage will be investigated. Fabulous Furniture retains the right to decide if a refund is applicable and may charge a handling fee if the item is found to be in merchantable condition, and only a partial refund will be paid.
In the unlikely event of a product being defective Fabulous Furniture nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any incident or damage as a result of a defective product. This is including, without limitation, indirect and special damages.
